Definition of Worship:
"Worship is the believer's adoring response, to all that God is (His character) all that God does (his mighty acts) and all that God says (His promises)"
Worship involves:
- The Mind
- So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my mind; I will sing with my spirit but I will also sing with my mind (1 Cor 14:15)
- The Emotions
- Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise His holy name. (Psalm 103:1)
- The Will
- Let them praise the Lord for His great love and for all His wonderful deeds to them. Let them exalt Him publicly before the congregation. (Psalm 107:31-32)
